- Can I have my products delivered to more than one address?
We are able to ship one order to 2 different addresses. However this is subject to an additional delivery charge.
- Can you ship during warm weather?
Yes, we use insulated packaging during warm weather to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition.
- Can I place an order for goods to be shipped outside the UK ?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to ship to outside the UK .
Care and Storage for your Chocolates
- How long will my chocolates stay fresh?
To keep your chocolates fresh, store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight (ideally between 12 °C- 18 °C degrees). When stored correctly your chocolates will stay fresh for up to 2 months. You can refrigerate your chocolates (which maybe useful in times of hot weather), however we do not recommend it, as it may discolour the chocolates.
- How should I store the chocolate if I want to keep it fresh tasting for more than 2 months?
To store chocolate for longer than to two months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and freeze. To defrost, keep the chocolates in the plastic bags until the entire package comes to room temperature, which will take approximately 6 hours.
